Members never pay for covered parts or labour while the membership is active. Coverage applies to one system (heating, cooling or hot water system), with major system components protected against unexpected breakdowns.

Includes one annual maintenance visit for the covered system at no additional cost. This includes a scheduled inspection and standard maintenance to support efficiency, performance, and long-term reliability.
